Providing the correct declaration is the sole responsibility of the driver/entrant.

  • 2.The Meeting Organizers must be informed in writing if a candidate wishes to withdraw or make changes to their entries after it has been accepted. Withdrawals may only be allowed when notified before the closing date of the event. In case of event cancellation refunds will be provided only if no documentation or scrutineering has taken place.
  • 3.Parc Ferme, a designated area for karts, will be available at every meeting and access to which is only permitted to the competitor and one mechanic for each class. The Eligibility Scrutineer or the specific Deputy has the authority to allow other personnel into the area, if required.
  • 4.Every participant taking the start will be classified and the karts will line up in formation given in the grid sheet at the assembly area. Depending upon the speed to be too fast or slow, the pole position of the driver may be subject to penalties. The karts may break formation only after the Clerk of the Course has communicated with the line officials who in turn show the red flag, starting the race. Breaches to any of the procedure will result in a penalty.
